Subject: KFT 2010 Election Schedule
Date: February 16, 2010
The nomination petitions for the 2010 election of KFT officers were submitted to the membership at the KFT general membership meeting on Thursday, February 4, 2010. Please be advised of the following schedule of elections:

Ballots were mailed out Friday, February 12, 2010 to the home addresses of all eligible KFT members.
The deadline for return of the ballots is 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010.
Ballot counting will take place on Friday, March 5, 2010 at the offices of the American Arbitration Association.
If you do not receive your ballot by Thursday, February 18, 2010, advise the KFT Office Manager, Norma Hall via email and verify your mailing address at that time.
Please be advised that ballots must be mailed and not hand delivered to the American Arbitration Association.
